Extra cover for your parcel after delivery: if it is stolen from the carrier’s recorded delivery location, contact us within 7 days of the recorded delivery date. We will review the tracking and supporting evidence and arrange one replacement for an eligible claim.

Lost-in-transit and damaged-on-arrival orders are supported whether or not you choose this extra. This optional service does not replace your existing consumer rights. This is a Blitzbeam replacement promise, not an insurance policy.
